Q. Can I customize Kitchen Craft cabinetry to my own needs?
A. Absolutely! Your local store has trained kitchen designers who can help you. There are dozens of ways to maximize space, organize storage and create spectacular designer looks. Your designer can help you adapt the design to the height(s) of the cook and to disabilities. Your designer can also adjust the design to accommodate your budget.
Q. Is your cabinetry stock, semi-custom or custom?
A. Kitchen Craft is a semi-custom cabinet. This is the best level for most buyers, and in fact, it is what most people buy. Here is how the three types of cabinets differ:

Q. Can I purchase direct from the factory?
A. Kitchen Craft cabinetry is available at hundreds of stores in North America, but we do not sell direct from the factory. Please visit our store locator for retail store nearest you.
Q. How long does it take to get my cabinets after I place an order?
A. Kitchen Craft lead times vary based on geographic location and peak order times. Please ask your Kitchen Craft dealer about delivery times in your area.
Q. Once I have placed an order, can I track it online?
A. Your dealer can track your order online. Just call; he or she will be glad to help you.
Q. Can I order a Kitchen Craft price list or get a price quote online?
A. Pricing a cabinet order can be quite complex. It depends on the wood species, door style, cabinet sizes, options and upgrades you choose. Please consult a Kitchen Craft dealer for pricing. He or she will also know how to allow for shipping and handling costs to your area.

- In contrast to custom cabinets,Kitchen Craft cabinets are manufactured to consistent, tightly monitored standards. You know what you will get. Custom cabinets can vary significantly, can be hard to price accurately and can be very expensive!
